Luckily i dont think i've had one. just emotional breakdowns.

I have them all the fucking time, they are perhaps the nastiest thing possible, you just shut down and can't think, move, talk. I just have to sit down and ride them out, rocking back and fourth in a corner. They ain't fun.

yeah, I get them sometimes, not to often any more. They are probably one of the worst feelings
