Ok so I am about to start taking the pill (prescribed by my GP) and I have a couple of questions:
1. Will I notice any changes in the way I feel?
2. Will I notice any physical changes?
3. This is a strange one, I know the pill works by tricking the body into thinking it's pregnant so will I start lactating? The reason I ask this is because mothers-to-be start lactating towards the end of their pregnancy in order to feed the baby, so surely if the body thinks it's pregnant this would happen, yet I don't get the feeling that it does and I don't know why.

All answers will be much appreciated :D

I'm not on the pill, so I can't personally answer the first two things (my BF however used it since she was like, thirteen to help her cramps and regulate her cycle. She was overweight before using it so I don't know if the pill did something about that or not).

However, you won't lactate. The pill changes the way you produce hormones (progesterone and estrogens, mostly), yes, but it's not exactly as if you were pregnant (pregnancy it's a little more complicated than that hahaha), so lactancy isn't a side effect.
