It doesn't mean your love them. Maybe they are really just that hot. You may possibly be lusting for her, meaning you only want to get intimate with them, but not particularly into the relationshippy stuff.

You may do, but from the sounds of it, it may seem that you just like her because she's hot. You don't want to be going out with someone just because they're hot, because most of the time, it's a recipe for disaster.
