I don't really notice a feeling that there's more to come out, but if it's at night and I pull my underwear back up and go to sleep, if they're a dark color I have noticed that there's usually some cum on the inside in the morning. Or if I jerk off after school I have noticed some cum dribbles in my underwear later, although if I pee after I cum it doesn't happen.
