chat not work

Are you using Google Chrome, by any chance? If not, what browser are you using, and are you sure Java is up to date?

If you use Chrome, chat really doesn't like it. You'll have to use something else. Also, be absolutely sure that your Java is upgraded to the latest version. Not only will the chat not work if it isn't, but that's also a huge security risk to your computer, if it's not up to date. So be careful, and always make sure that Java is up to date.

Hmm, that's interesting. I remember previously people were having problems with Chrome and the chat. Ah well, I use IE, and that doesn't work, never been able to use Chrome properly, so I honestly don't know.

I haven't had this problem, ever. However, I suggest un-installing and reinstalling Java; that might refresh the configurations necessary.

Make sure Java is enabled in your browser.

Chrome will only let you sue Java if you allow a Java certificate to activate. If you're not receiving the certificate then you won't be able to see the chat. Perhaps check if your computer is blocking that certificate?
