No one cares about me anymore, I'll never have a girlfriend, college will never work out, my life will be nothing but a horrible mess. I don't know what to do anymore. It's too painful to move. I'm tired. I'm just a thorn in everyone's side.

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. But if it's so bad that you can't get out of bed, then you need to talk to someone about how you feel and try and get some help. This site is a great place for support, but actually getting you through the depression is something we can't help you with, it's something you need to do yourself. Is their a family member or trusted friend you can talk about how you are feeling with? At the very least if you can't do that, I would google some support organisations where you live and talk to a councellor there about how you are feeling. You need to try and help yourself. All the best.

No one cares about me so I don't know if anyone will help me. I don't know how I'd be able to afford any therapy and honestly I don't know what they could do to help me at this point. I basically have no friends and my family is preoccupied with themselves.

GET OUT OF BED!!!
I've felt the same way before, and let me tell you, nothing is ever going to get better if you just lie in bed. You need to get up, do something, talk to somebody. And let me tell you something else. No matter how bad your situation, there is alwahs at least one person that cares, and would be heartbroken if you dissapeared. Find that person, and let them help you.

No one seems to care anymore. The only people who do are on here. I've got nothing...

It has been scientifically proven that if you activate and get out of bed, then your brain will produce more serotonin and more dopamine in your brain, therefore making you feel more happy. SO GET OUT OF BED, it will make you feel better.

See a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist, ASAP. Severe depression is extremely serious, and is far beyond the scope of teenagers on the internet. Talking with other people may help, but you really need to get medical treatment.

Right now I don't know what to do because I can't afford it and not only that I don't know what they could help me with...

lots of times you're insurance will cover it. mental health is just as important as physical health. trust me, they know how to help you open up, please try it, or at least look in to it

you'll be amazed at what they can help you realize over time. just remember that you have to work for it as well, and it can be hard at times. but in the long run, you will feel better.
