Welcome to VT! Read the site rules (the FAQ linked in my signature) to know what is and what isn't acceptable. There are also plenty of stickies to read for more information; some sections have specific rules, like Puberty101, and some sections (like VT HQ) have more general rules for the site. You can post as much as you'd like, anywhere you'd like, in accordance with the rules. For example, you can't double post (posting two or more times consecutively within a 24 hour period).
