is baths wrong/weird teen boys?

i take baths all the time for multiple reasons, sore muscles, sinus problems, if i'm sick, relaxation,
your still getting clean, i turn the shower on afterwards and rinse but thats just to get off residual soap

It's not like you're going to take a bath with other people. I say do whatever you like and forget about what other people think. As long as you're clean that's all that matters. I take warm baths when I'm stressed out and when there's muscle tension, it helps.

I think probably in many countries taking a bath is more common. Americans like fast and convenient. I like to just hop in soap up and get out. One time I heard a comedian refer to taking a bath as laying in pool of your own filth lol

I use to take them to relax myself after a game or a long day but I cant fit in the tub now, though to answer your question I don't see anything wrong with it.

As Ezra said, Americans like the "fast and convenient" way, pretty sure people in more relaxed countries still take baths

The only reason I don't take baths is because I don't have one in my bathroom and if I did, it takes forever to have a bath. I can shower in 2 minutes, a bath takes too long.

It isn't socially unacceptable at all, just considered 'girly' mostly like at my school. At home I'm required to take many scented baths cuz it's apparently needed for me to get clean cuz teen guys smell too much for showers, blah blah blah . leats my sister says that and she gets her way a lot :(

Baths aren't very manly. Actually idk really know any girls that take baths either. Baths arer sort of disgusting if you are actually dirty ... you're bathing in DIRT. But as a runner I do take baths on occasion and I know other both boys and girls do too. Sooooo good on tired muscles.

The main purpose of taking a shower and or a bath is to get clean, but they are both also used to relax you, so its just a matter of preference for you. What you do in your bathroom is really nobodys business anyway.

I don't find it weird at all. However, I take sit down baths very rarely. I don't even have a reason I guess because I feel showers are more hygienic and cleaner. Baths you just sit in a pool of water of your own dirt. I don't know, that's just my opinion.

In the UK where I live I am not aware of any social convention around baths or showers. Public facilities such as swimming pools and gyms tend to have showers as they are quicker and use less water but no-one takes much interest in what people have and use in their own homes.

At home I have bathtube with a shower over it so you can do either and I do use both at various times. Shower if I need to get clean quickly and bath if I want to relax.

As a way of relaxation it's fine in my opinion. However, taking a bath to clean oneself is disgusting to me. Think about it, you sit there in your own filth until you think you're "clean". So, in my opinion if you're looking to clean yourself, take a shower, otherwise take a bath for relaxation.

I take alot of baths. Especially since soaking a sore body in Epsom Salts is great. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and its great. They even have some mens bath oils to add to the water to give it that beachy/woodsy scent.

Definatley not. I luve baths and i love my hot tub more so i go in the hot tub and work out muscles and then in the bath to clean off lol
