For most of you that do not know about me I am fat.

I have devised a plan that will be sure to work for me and to lose weight fast. But I can't do it alone. I need help in the real life world and virtual world. So I am asking you to send your support to me!

So here's my plan of action

1.) Spend less time on the computer
2.) eat more healthy foods such as apples and oranges
3.) Take walks after dinner to work off all that food
4.) spend more time in PE during school
5.) Take a shower every night
6.) Go to bed at a reasonable time
7.) Wake up at a reasonable time

that's it right there. So please again send me your support and help me through this. I weigh over 200 pounds and I need to lose it all fast. I don't need to be part of the rest of fat ass America

Good for you, for having such motivation!! I know you can do it! The best part is, it sounds like those changes are ones you could stick with forever. that's the best kind of diet and/or lifestyle change. After-all, if you go back to your old habits after you lose the weight, it comes back. You'd be surprised how much difference a small easy change can make though. So get going buddy, you can do this! :)

i've missed this from a week or 2 ago but lifestyle change is good. from what i've read the most important things for losing weight is eating correctly and exercising every day. so if you can make that routine, then the kg's wil be coming off quick. good luck with it mate.

Let me tweak/add on to your plan.

Before breakfast, if you could do a walk that's fast enough to get your heart up a little bit, that's amazing. 20-30 minutes of cardio before food burns alot of calories.

And give your self time to digest before you do your after dinner walk. 30 minutes ought to be long enough. And if you're trying to lose weight, not just working on your heart, it's all about how long you spend walking, not how far or how fast.

Running a mile as fast as you can, and walking it burns the same amount. Give or take a few calories.

Second, it's better for your body to drink a small glass of water before a meal, then after you eat, maybe, 20 minutes, as much as you like. Your body properly processes nutrition and calories more efficiently this way. Basically, don't mix food and liquid in your stomach if you can avoid it. Given, there are dry foods that you really have to drink with, but as a rule, don't.

Also, I only let natural liquids into my body. Milk, OJ, water . . . stuff like that. NO SODA. There was a period of time that I didn't change anything but that, and I dropped several pounds and had a lot more energy.

And did you know, 8 ounces of ice cold water take over 50 calories for your body to warm it up? And did you know celery take more calories to chew and digest then it has in it?

Third, lift weights a little. Use weights that don't wear you out quickly, and use them maybe, 15 mins a day. Muscle takes so many calories to sustain, the more you have, the more calories from excess food will be redirected to your muscles, rather then stored as fat cells.

Fourth, don't go to bed when you're tired, and don't get up when you feel rested. Get into a habit. For example, 10-8. Whether you're tired or not, lay in beds, eyes shut, lights off from 10-8. And at 8, have the alarm clock on the other side of the room. That way you have to get up to turn it off.

But I believe in you! Your very life is on the line! I got myself in shape, and you can do it too! Just stay in the habits! Have people check on you, and keep you at it!:D
