I don't have much acne at all. I've been using proactive for about a week and a half now and it has sort of started to go away. Here's the problem. There is this one pimple on my forehead that is huge. It's like a centimeter in diameter. Proactive can't get it to go away. I don't know what to do about it.
My second problem is my nose is red all the time. I don't know why. Usually it comes from allergies but recently it is just always red. I don't have any allergies and haven't had them for quite some time.

my whole face is tinted pink because of my acne and multiple drugs, creams, etc and scarring.
Do you think this is similar for what you're experiencing? How severe was your acne?
As for your forehead I suggest putting an antibiotic cream on, and put a band-aid over it overnight.
you can also periodically put a hot, damp washcloth on your face for a few minutes.

Yep^
I've heard putting antibiotic cream on it helps, noyt sure about the plaster over night though, but worth a try.
I used to have super bad acne, I found just washing my face twice a day with HOT water and loads of soap helped a lot. As for the one on your for head, use some cream on it and just leave it be, it'll fade over time.

I would agree here. I find that using tea tree or petchulia based soaps work the best.
My acne was extremely severe (pretty much a mask of acne) about a year and a half ago and no matter what I tried, facial scrubs, creams or drugs wouldn't help the redness one bit.
Then the new conductor of the band I play with told me that the two soaps I mentioned above really helped him when he was younger. I've been using these soaps for about 6 months now, and the difference is remarkable. Sure, I still get the odd spots here and there, but its nowhere near as bad as what it used to be.
