Adderall/ Vyvanse

Hello everyone. I just got prescribed, about a week ago, Vyvanse 50 MG daily in the morning and Adderall 10 MG daily at 4 PM for my ADD. I just have two questions on some side effects.

1) I have had zero appetite whatsoever. I have to force food down and it makes me feel sick. Anyone else have an experience like this? Does it go away or how'd you fix it?

2) This one is, well a little awkward and I suppose this would be more of a male oriented question, but I have had a difficult time getting and maintaing an erection. It is really embarrassing especially because it happened with my girlfriend, or rather, it didn't happen with her :/ . Also, when I do get one it's not the same size as before. I don't see my Doc for another month and was just wondering if anyone else had this problem, if it went away or how they fixed.

I can't help much, I don't have any experience with that drug, but as for the erection issues, my medication does the same thing, but the problem hasn't gone away, its still here after like 2 months. If you don't want it to be a constant issue you may want to see your doctor soon(ish) aboutnit yo perhaps switch your medication around.

Isnt adderall an amphetamine or something like that? I think those cause the second problem sometimes....my friend takes adderall and says that he always gets a little smaller after taking it...but it's back to normal when hes not on it
