Definitely normal. I didn't start growing armpit hair till now and I'm almost 16. Everyone starts puberty at different ages.

Not everyone has it at school, and we're all 15/16. Some just develop it later than others and some not at all due to genes :)

It's uncommon but not abnormal. Puberty is a personal thing and everyone's development is differnet.

It's normal, Every goes through puberty at different stages and I find it kind of embarrassing that at 14 I've got loads and non of my friends have any. I started getting them at 12 though :/

Its normal. Everyone develops at different rates than other people. It could be Arm pit hair up to penis length and or beyond that. There can be different reasons : Puberty stages are different, Like when you started puberty plays a role in development. Genetics play a part in it too and there are many other reasons but my point is, Its normal. Everyone grows/develops at different times and in time, you will get arm pit hair.
