Period question

i'm new to this so i don't actually know where this questions going to end up but hey!

right so i got my period august 2007 sometime and i haven't had one since and it's march 2008... when my grandma was younger she had a period then didn't have it for 10 months them finally got another one. could this be what's happeneing to me ? i'm really worried... if anybody knows please reply!

Often there is a gap of a few months between your first period and your next one. In fact, your period probably won't be completely regular until you've had it for a few years. Don't worry about it, you're fine.

and my friend only gets one a year

pefectly normal i no a girl that hasnt had a period in like 3 months

also from wat ive heard periods are a pain to deel with so uhi guess ur pretty lucky right now
