A shower is someone who has a large flaccid size, and their size doesn't increase much when erect (e.g. 5" flaccid, 6" erect).

A grower is someone who has a small flaccid size (or average) but a large erect size (or average) - for example, 4" flaccid to 7" erect.

I go from 3 inches soft to 6 hard, so technically a grower. Showers don't shrink that much (say going from 6 hard to 5 inches soft) so have a decent soft one to show.

A shower is someone who already has a large penis before getting hard and doesn't grow much more when hard.

A grower is someone with any size penis before being hard, most usually a small size, which then grows a lot. Some say it has to grow double in size to be considered a grower, but I say that it's considered that if it can become three inches bigger than it was when flaccid. But yeah, that's the definition of both terms.
