I'm moving this to the Teen Sexuality forum as you'll probably get more responses there, if any. :)

I always wanted to ask this question but was too afraid to ask.

If you are transgender with both sexual organs, would you still get a menstrual preiod like a woman?

I don't know if there are any transgender teens on this site (although of course we'd still like you to stay and hang out :) ). A good place to try might be meetup.com. You're supposed to be 18+ to sign up (I don't know how old you are), but not everyone is. I'm sure you could find a group for transgender that doesn't meet up too far from you (I know for sure they have several GLBT groups in all sorts of areas, though I'm not 100% on how many strictly transgender groups there are). Best part is--you don't have to actually go to the meetups. If you wanted, you could probably just find someone to email or chat with online. In fact, I would suggest not going to any meetups until you get to know some of the people who will be there. Good luck!

That's not transgender that's.... *consults Valerie's sticky* intersex.

Someone with both reproductive organs is a hermaphrodite (or morphodite) not a transgender Matt.

Oh I'm sorry I got terms mixed up. I thought transgender meant that they had both sexual organs

i don't like it when people say that i'm "gay" or something, because it has nothing to do with that.

Exactly! Because you arent really a man, you are a woman in a mans body. You have the same desires as a woman has, you are no different.

25 percent of the LBGT community is Transgender,Transexual or is a Transvestite.

You are not alone and there is nothing wrong with that. Some people are happier being the other sex or dressing and acting like the other sex.
