Just curious, since I know it's different for some people. Do you call them "mom/dad", by their first name, or something else?
I call my father "dad" or sometimes if I'm pissed off by his first name (Alex)
I call my mother "mother"
I call my paternal grandmother "granny" or "grandma" and my paternal grandfather "grandpa"
And my sisters are referred to by their names.
I haven't heard from my mom's extended family in almost a decade so whenever they're mentioned they go by their first name (or "that cousin who's name I don't remember" :P)
It'll probably stay that way until/if I have children.

I call my mum, either Mum or Lena. Dad is always called Daren, regardless. I have never called him dad. Usually I never have to address anyone else so, that never comes into the equation.

I never really grew out of calling my parents "mommy" and "daddy", so there's that.
My grandparents are just "grandma" and "grandpa". Aunts and uncles are just "Aunt/Uncle *name*", even with my parents' ex-spouses since my family still visits them occasionally.
Everybody else is their name. :P

Mother - Mum
Father - Dad
Paternal grandparents - Daddima
Maternal grandparents - Nanima & Nanaji
Don't mind the fucking awful spelling I've just spelt it phonetically because the English spelling of Indian words is complete shit. Btw I call my grandparents basically the Hindi version of grandma and grandad in case people got confused.
Can someone please cry with me about all the names I need to remember (http://en.m.wikibooks.org/wiki/Hindi/Family_relations).

I usually just call my dad by a shortened version of his first name,
my mom by a nickname.
And then I never had grandparents, soooo... (they all passed away before I was born.)

I mainly refer to my mom as "mother" because "mom" seems too loving. I pretty much call my dad by his first name since he wasn't much of a father, calling him "dad" seems unnatural.

Mom is "Mom" or "Mum", Dad is "Dad". My paternal grandfather is "Grampy" and my maternal one, RIP, was "Grandpa". My maternal grandmother is "Grammy" and my paternal grandmother, also RIP, was "Bunna". I should probably explain that one! She passed away when I was 2, and, as the story goes, my parents were trying to get me to call her "Nana". I guess I wouldn't, so they told me to say "Banana", hoping that would work - well, I said "Bunna" instead, and it stuck! :)
As for my siblings, I just use their names/nicknames.
