due to algie blooms in lake erie and other great lakes toledo water is curentley
highly toxic and cannot be boiled meaning there is no tap water availible for drinking and those with weak amuine systems or wounds cannot take showers the water cannot be used for cooking or cleaning it is unclear when tap water will be avalible again for now local high schools give out as much bottled watter as they can resturants shut down due to health isusses and all stores appear to be sold out of all paper products and bottled watter

Yeah.. I have friends from/who live in or around the Toldeo area, so it's all over my facebook feed among other things. It's extremely saddening.. But what fucking sucks is all the people price gouging. As in like buying 24 packs of water from the stores for like $4.00 and selling them for $24.00 or something. Like for fucks sake. >_>

Fingers crossed this gets cleared up soon.

Ohio has a history of ecology disasters. As an Ohioan I know how beautiful Ohio is, but nature seems to have a way of mixing with technology to yield dangerous results. Even worse is when it truly is an ecology disaster. I wish there was something more people could do to help with the water supply.
