As petty as it sounds, a lot of the people that post those kind of things don't want just anyone; it has to be somebody that particularly appeals to them. I feel the same way (lonely and whatever), but honestly, there are only certain people that would be able to change anything.

Kurwa (Crap, not the other meaning). It kinda happens to me. I realized I shouldn't force myself or other people into relationships. You will find that person you 'click' with one day.

Another thought is that she might suffer from low self worth or anxiety or something similar. As much as she is craving for those things, when it comes to the crunch the anxiety and low self worth kicks into her mind and she can't do it. Otherwise I agree with Elysium.
