everyone is different, though normally in the early times in puberty, for example i stopped at like 14

Well, obviously it's different for everyone, but typically late teens or early twenties.
Either way, I don't really understand you or your girlfriend's concern. If a baby can come through there, I think you have nothing to worry about. If she's not aroused enough during intercourse, lube will help.

Depends if u are a late bloomer or early bloomer,example im 14 my penis didnt even start growing,and someone might finish at 16,so id say anywhere between 16-20

it stops growing 5 or 6 years after you started puberty, if you were an "early bloomer" and started at 11, then by 16 or 17 your done, but some don't start until 13 or 14 and they don't stop growing until 18 or 19.

Like im 16 years old and my dick is still growing in mainly length, and then at about 19 or 20 years old, my dick is probably going to slow down (or stop) growing in length, and instead, start growing in girth.
