I was 14 when I came out, some people wait their entire life to come out. It really all depends when you personally feel ready, doesn't matter what age or what circumstances, if you're ready, then you're ready. Age has no factor in something like this unless it's better to come out later in life because of a life situation, but again, if you're ready then no, it isn't too young.

If you feel like you've settled in one place sexuality wise, then I guess so, but don't come out until you're absolutely sure you're ready.

If you're unsure about coming out, you could just come out as "not straight," which would save you the trouble of amending it or changing your mind later on in life (which is what I've done).

There is NO age limit to coming out! You come out when you know you're 100% sure of your sexuality and you know your ready to come out! :)

Not quite but it can be since you haven't really experienced all life can throw at you. Some people never know what they are until later in life or after college. For transgenders then it could be good to get the therapy and hormone-transitions done early but other than that I say "it depends." You don't have to come out though. Your life and likes are your business. You don't have to wear your sexuality on your sleeve.

Hell, you could've came out at age 8 if you wanted to. It's all about if you feel you're ready to expose that to people and you're comfortable with your sexuality.
