I returned from an intense football game and after like an hour or so, I decided that it was bed time.
I managed to have one hour sleep but then I woke up...with a chest pain.
I've been struggling for like 2.5 hours trying to have some sleep but the pain stops me...
Any ideas, friends?

I get gas cramp pains in my chest that wake me up sometimes, that's from some gastric thing I don't remember the name of. Lots of pain and pressure, that goes away very slowly. Sorry to hear your not feeling well :(

I've seen lots of docs in my life. It's some gastronomical thing I don't remember the name of. Painful but not harmful. Only happens once in a while.

See how it is in the morning, if you can sleep or get through til then. If it's really bad maybe think of seeing a doctor. Your lung or heart muscles can get tired if they do intense work.

Gastroesophageal reflux? That's the most common thing. Do you usually eat right before sleeping?
It may be angina pectoris, but it may be a looooot of other things, chest pain is a symptom of lots of diseases, good or bad. Angina usually don't appears in your sleep, it hurts after exercise. You should see a doctor if you have it again, at least to know what it is.
