I'm doing it so I have a few questions. Today I did 75 squats which would make it... day 6? This is the longest I've stuck with exercise lol. But I'm doing this for myself so I feel less pressure.
Anyway, here are my questions.
How long before you first started seeing results?
How were the results at the end?
Did you keep doing squats at the end? (I'm planning on doing so, like 50 squats a day a few days a week... it doesn't take long and I don't mind doing it anyway)

:lol3: I'm too fat and lazy to partake in any challenge entailing multiple hours a day of strenuous exercise. Good luck though! How many squats do you have to do in total?

Its by no means hours a day! Its only a few minutes, probably 20 or less at the most when I do the most squats.

I don't know the exact amount. It just starts with 50 on day one and increases by 5 each day. It ends with over 200 hundred something. I don't know how I'm gonna do that, but I'll persevere.

I've always wanted to try it - I just feel that by the time day 30 comes along i would be crippled! X
