Last week end of the summer challenge. I am a very athletic person, and I have challenged myself to this, the last week before I go back to school. This is what it looks like.

3,500 Push-ups.
750 Pull-ups.
5,000 Sit ups.
60 rounds of Lannister workout.
Last 50 Pull-ups with 25lbs weight.
Planking with 25lbs weights for 1 1/2 minutes, 20 rounds.
Curling super-sets, 25+ reps, 12 rounds.
12 rounds of Triple time Lannister.
700 full crunches.
1 lap around the neighborhood sprints, 15 rounds.

This last week of the summer is going to be a living hell, with not just physical exhaustion, but also testing my mental capability to keep going. But I'm doing this in Memory of My cousin. And I will do everything I can to complete this challenge. Wish me luck.

I'll make sure I don't push myself to hard. I've already got a game plan set anyway. 1st day, I'm going to try to knock out as many push-ups and sit-ups as I can, as well as getting some of the full crunches, and pull-ups done. I've got these workouts spreaded throughout the week, so that when a certain area in my body can't do anything one day, I'll focus on another area dealing with the workout.

I've also done some crazy workouts and challenges in the past, but this one will be the craziest I've done so far, but I've gotten stronger and faster in the past few months, so I think I'll be able to do this. Eat, Sleep, Train like a beast.

Holy shit that is crazy. As a person who works out every day, that sounds like a terrible week. However, I have MAD respect for you if you go through with it. Many of those exercises are difficult to do in high quantity. Just remember, form is more important than quantity and weight, so in some ways less is more with certain exercises.

Thanks, I'll make sure I do good form on the workouts, even though towards the end will be brutal. I do most of these excersies on a daily basis, so form I don't see being a problem, just pushing through.

Btw: this challenge starts on the 25th.
