So basically, my more...'naughty' habits have become more frequent (heads up: I'm talking about watching porn). I use Incognito (my dad would get suspicious over an empty history) but does my ISP still get a record? Also, do they monitor it? I don't want BT getting me caught.

Your ISP has the ability to keep a record but the chances that they actually do keep a record are really low. Also, the ISP has millions of different customers, so the ISP probably wont look through your records. The ISP probably wont do anything about porn and stuff unless its illegal (piracy, and that kind of stuff).

Of course they do know and do keep a record. The NSA gets their info from there.
You probably won't get tracked down by them unless you download some very bad things, although other interested parties, with a financial contribution, can almost certainly obtain your data from them.
Learn to use a proxy. Look up Tor and a tutorial for that, there are thousands of them.

The definitely keep track of your browsing history. You could use a prox or TOR, as tom said, but I wouldn't worry about that. Chances are your parent's will never ask for their browsing history from them ever.

Unless you're beating off to some really messed-up shit, (I think you know where I'm going here.) There shouldn't be a reason for your ISP to track you specifically. And I'm pretty sure that your dad would probably have a hard time getting a record from them too. Find some proxies, watch your ass, and you should be fine.
