So yesterday I was just having a normal snapchatting convo with a friend I haven't yet met but no off and talk to a bit and the convo turned to sex with watch other for money as a joke but then soon turned into details of what we would do and then he suddenly changes and asking if I was Bi/Gay and I said no then he said it was just a joke right and of course as I am not out yet I agreed but it's been playing on my mind and just wanted some other opinions

You know the possibilities of what his intentions may have been better than I do. Did you feel like he may not be straight and was looking for someone else like him? If your really brave, consider telling him the truth. He could turnout to be some untrustworthy dirty sock of a person or he could end up being your first supportive friend who knows your secret.

I would say that this person may not be straight. By the way you described the convo, he was looking for another person that isn't straight. Or he wants to experiment. Not sure but I think it's probably both.
