Intense pain in abdominal area and head after masturbating

Plain and simple, i got excited, after a while when i was about to ejaculate i went really really fast and then it got really weird, i only came a little bit, then i felt cold in my pelvic area which then turned into a large pain in my abdominal area and my head which lasted about 30 seconds until the pain subsided in my stomach but my head remained feeling dull. What happened? I'm freaked out right now.

I honestly have no idea, it could be a problem, it could just be nothing. I would definitely try to find out more about it, cause it doesn't sound "normal. BTW, not the right place to post this, just saying.

I had a similar experience when I was standing up and masturbating and moving my hips like the real thing. My head and chest hurt like hell after, but I don't think it was very long. I probably exhausted myself and you probably did to. Hate to actually do the real thing.
