Open world games

How many people like open world games?
Personally I like them because there's so much freedom, but at the same time it does get boring after awhile.

I'm fond of an open world that presents you with things to do, but an open world can be so empty, then there's sandbox games where you are supposed to make your own fun, not very fond of those.

I love open world games that are also filled with random missions and stuff. Pretty much GTA V but more interactive and destructable

I like them provided they have stuff to do, like GTA and Just Cause. But things like Rust and DayZ are empty barren waste lands with litte to do. I prefer pen worlds with missions and cool enviroments like Far Cry 3.

I really like open word games, they make me feel like I can do anything because of the freedom, but yes after a while some can tend to get somewhat boring.

Love them. I'm really looking forward to the next Zelda game, it's supposed to be the first ever open world Zelda game. Too bad I don't have a Wii U. :(

I used to hate games like that cause I was so used to the whole concept of being guided along with the story like in games such as Call of Duty and Battlefield. But then I got Skyrim. I actually returned Skyrim about 2-3 times and wasted a bunch of money like that, but i finally kept it and I love it. I wanna get more games that are open world like that.

open world games are great, as long as there is a good story and good quests/missions to do. most i've played are good
