my recent visitors is not updating. it lists the same 10 that were there at least 20 visits ago. why is it not showing most recent visitors?

Your total visits accumulate even when your Recent Visitors are repeats. If you hover the cursor over the name, it should tell you the date and time of the last visit each member made.

Your total visits also will increase when invisible members visit your profile, but they will not show up in your Recent Visitors list.

I am guessing it's probably a combination of both of these things.

It's a setting in Edit Options that I use. It keeps people from tracking your current activity.

Like I am; you can't see if I'm online or offline, what thread I'm looking at, what my recent activity is, what profiles I've viewed, etc.
