chat room

for some reason vt isnt letting me log into the chat room. when i click the button it just shows me a dark gray or white screen where the chat box should be? has this happened before?

Do you have Java installed and up to date? What browser/OS are you using?

yes i updated a week and a half ago and used the room after and im using chrome

I use Chrome and I can't use the chatroom because of it. Perhaps you have the same issue.

I personally don't use the chat on my laptop, due to compadibility issues I have with all the technology I have to use and Java, but I do use it on my phone, and it works perfectly. But, if you don't have a phone that you can try it on, try using a different browser, such as firefox. If you're using Windows, you could also try Internet Explorer, but I definitely don't recommend it. But, try firefox, and let me know if that helps.
