The orgasm is the intense feeling you get. Cumming is the ejaculation of cum. They tend to happen at the same time so are usually linked. It sounds like you are experiencing "dry" orgasms, as you don't have cum yet. That will happen soon enough. Some boys do have dry orgasms, before they start, though once you do start cumming, you tend not to get dry ones. I did cum the first time, so I've never had the joys of dry ones. It's more common to get pubes then cum, though it wasn't until I started reading stuff on this site, I've read of boys that could cum before getting pubes. It will happen.

Orgasm and cumming are not the same thing though they can definitely happen at the same time. As the guys above said, an orgasm is the really good feeling you get when you reach the high point of masturbating. In other words, the intense feeling you get and the spasms you have are the orgasm. Semen/cum usually comes out during the intense feelings/spasms, but you do not need to have semen/cum in order to have an orgasm. In your case, you're just having a dry orgasm because you are not developed enough, yet, to make semen. Basically, you're having an orgasm everytime you have the intense feeling/spasms, and all guys who masturbate will get the spasms that you mentioned.

I would not worry about not making semen/cum right now because dry orgasms, like what you're having, is a lot better because there is no clean up, and you can go for a long time masturbating. When you start to have wet orgasms with semen, then masturbating time can be cut down because you ejaculate unlike with dry orgasms where nothing comes out when you have the spasms.

There are a lot of guys who develop large penises but who don't get pubes or body hair until later in puberty. That's exactly what my dry orgasms were like. But when I started cumming I now end up holding onto my dick during orgasm with my skin pulled all the way back.

I agree with the others that you're having an orgasm because the spasms are what happens during an orgasm. The jerking back and forth is what happens when the orgasm occurs.

When you start cumming your orgasms will probably be very similar to what you have now though they will be less in length because once the semen comes out, then your dick will calm down pretty quickly.
