Is this normal?

my foreskin still covers the head even when erect and when erect the foreskin doesnt pull back all the way so that it is smooth all the way down, is this normal?
Is it something that will go away?
Will i need a circumsition or something?

Yeah, that is normal. As long as you're able to pull it back, it's no problem. The shaft skin doesn't have to lay flat.

You won't need an anything, because nothing's wrong with you. :P

Mine is basically the same, maybe a little looser, but it used to be super tight. As they said,if you can pull it back, it's fine.
