Okay so I am 16 year's old. I had a dream about a girl who didn't look familiar at all and we fell in love and stuff. I don't really feel like going into detail. Does this dream mean anything. Or was it just a random dream.

Dreams don't mean anything, imo.
They usually tend to be a jumble of random thoughts, people, places, and things you've seen or thought of before.
