Hi my name is mat but my girl name is Emma since I am 12 I've always wanted to be a girl now I'm 16 I feel like one stuck inside of a boys body I just want to be my self and I'm scared to tell my mom and I need some advice

I think you should tell your mom and consider hormone therapy. I don't know how your mom feels about transgender, but she might understand.

im 16 and im a trans girl too, the best thing you can atleast do it bring up the topic to your parents, then you'll know where they stand. I know it's hard but you gotta do it if you wanna be happy

Making the transition from boy to girl can be very difficult for your entire family, and you have to understand their side of it. It might not be that they don't want you to be happy, but to them, it probably feels like they are losing their son, I mean you are becoming a different person in a lot of ways. The body you are in doesn't change who you are, but it does change things if that makes sense. If you really want to make the transition to becoming female, you should try to do it regardless of what your parents think, I'm sure there are counselours and stuff for families going through this. It might be something to consider waiting until you are out of the house, especially if your parents won't let you get hormones and stuff.
