Telling a girl I like her and asking her out.

Is it a bad idea doing this. I mean if I'm asking a girl out, it's obvious I like her, so telling her I like her also shouldn't hurt. What do you think?

That makes you a terrible guy. Your trapping them into a relationship. Cause then they have no choice to start a relationship with you. I feel telling them you like them and asking them out is better cause then they know before the date otherwise it's a horrible thing to do. That's just me, but again I'm asking if you think it's alright to tell her I like her and ask her out both at the same time, it reduces the stress on telling the girl during the date, that what I think and would like to know if others think it's right.

Then what the hell is the use being friends with the person looking seeing if you truly like the person and then tell her on the date. What your saying DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. While being friends you can see if you truly like the person.
