Yes it has medical benefits, not sure what they are thought. And no, there are no cons.

The only con would be if you did it too many times a day every day and became addicted to it, but as long as you don't do that having a regular sexual activity, with yourself or with others (responsibly as well), is completely healthy.

I can't think of any cons, it's mostly pros. It lowers your chance of prostate cancer, it releases sexual tension, and it lets you explore your body which is another good thing.

A couple of reasons why masturbation is considered healthy:
It increases your self knowledge on how your sexual body works.
It lets you explore yourself more (by the way of masturbation, you can focus on the subtlety of your own sexual response, and possibly discover things you hadn't previously realized were part of your sexuality).
Hormones and endorphins that are released following orgasm are beneficial for you (thus, helping you sleep).
It works as a pain reliever and relieves stress!
The only cons is practically masturbating too much and what I mean by "too much" is if masturbating gets into the way of your social life, friends, family.

Yes, I would think so. When you cum, you release old sperm that would otherwise need to be released through a wet dream or your body would absorb it, anyway, so it clears out parts of your body where old semen and sperm are stored. It also helps with testosterone (for females, estrogen but we're in the boys section) being released.

There are incredible health benefits such as dramatically decreasing your chances of getting prostate and testicular cancer.

I Read that Masturbation MAY lower the risk of getting Prostate Cancer and it's good to release the built up sperm so new sperm can be made :)

yeah its good to clear out some sperm because once we hit puberty, we make it the rest of our lives, and we have to get rid of some one way or the other eventually, even if it has to come out as a wet dream.

Idk for certain but Im thinking it would be, I mean you're releasing old semen, pent up urgers and what not and who knows what else it does....

Yes, its a healthy bodily function. For a while I was worried about doing it since my faith was getting in the way so I decided to do research on whether or not its considered a sin, and one man made a good argument about it being a very healthy bodily function, not doing it can lead to some testicular problems in the future. Your making millions of sperm by the second and the only way to empty the "pipes" is to jerk off, otherwise....I don't even know for sure what exactly happens but I know it ain't good. I will jerk every week or every other day, so don't feel the obligation to jerk one out every day, unless thats yur normal jerking schedual lol

Its heathy. Helps prevent prostate cancer, relieves stress, and makes your sperm more potant among other things. I guess the only really bad thing is he if you do it too much and its all you do.

As long as it's not taking over your life, it's healthy and good for your body. If you become addicted you might not have time to do other important things.

Just like sex, masturbation can have health benefits, however too much of it has negative side effects.

Yes, its very beneficial to the human body. No harm really ever, I mean, when's the last time we heard someone die from it?? Lol. The only way its really unhealthy is I it gets in the way of your daily activities and routines. For example, if you and your friends were gonna go somewhere but you decided to stay home for some reason, to just masturbate then that's bad. You can masturbate 5 times a day, and if it doesn't get in the way or your daily routine, then its perfectly fine

It is actually a con for you not to regularly masterbate because the size of your penis will decrease due to lack of exercise and I think it can effect the amount of semen you produce.
