I really like this girl..

I've hung out with this girl along with a group of friends and I really like her. Usually she will walk with me and talk to me instead of the other people, but from her view its probably just for friendship and I feel I really like her, it might be just a phase but I don't know that yet. I've never done anything with a girl in terms of kissing etc and I don't know if I want to tell her or not in case she tells other people. I always see other guys flirting with her over facebook on her wall and it really annoys me and I just don't know what to do about this situation.

Often times, telling a girl you like her can give her a chance for her to also tell you she likes you. If she doesn't feel the same way, then tell her that it's ok, and that you value her friendship. Sometimes telling them and being rejected can strengthen the friendship, if you go about it the right way of course.
I've noticed that people think that telling someone they like them is like jumping off a cliff and hoping there's a soft landing. Like it's either going to be a relationship, or awkward friendship forever. It's only awkward if you make it awkward. You could very well be just as good if not better friends after a rejection. And that's fine, you'll find another girl that's a better fit for you. (and you for her too)
