This last year I started self-harming and I kept it a secret for several months when I realized sumer was coming and people would ask question, specifically my family I tried to stop I've been clean for almost four months but I can't take it. I can't tell anyone but I'm losing hope all together. So I decided to join this forum to help me because I'm getting the feeling to cut again, I hope this helps...

You came this far. You can do it. Try to find distractions. Like music or art.

Yeah I like music but sometimes I just need an actual person to talk to and I don't want my family to know so I'm on my own

You say you've lost hope? Well then find it again.
Hope is that sparkle in your eye, you have hope, and you have the strength. It takes a lot to stop self-harming believe me, but hope isn't far away. You're doing amazing, brilliant in fact. You have come a long way to even consider stopping, even if you do make a few mistakes it's not the end of the world, you can try again.

Chin up.

Stay Strong! As gothy said try to find something that you enjoy but at the same time distracts you from the cutting. Drawing, music, gaming, etc.
There's limitless possibilities
