OK this is a serious question, my brother NOT ME wanted to know if a woman can have an orgasm from giving birth is this true???

I really wouldn't think so because you are literally ripping the birth canal in some cases and you would be way too overcome with pain, screaming nad crying to feel pleasure. According to a lady that I work with, this is what it feels like:

Umm yes actually. I just googled it and it came up with all sorts of hits. So no most sane women would not have an orgasm but there are a few who would interpret pain as pleasure.

Yes, they can, doctors have come up with a birth drug that can, in some cases, make birth orgasmic

Well I know that they will drug you up a little bit before labor. So the screaming is in pain and pleasure ;)

Honestly I was a large baby (almost 10 pounds!). So of COURSE my mom had a nerve block (numbed her from the waist down).

From now on if she ever meets someone who says they're gonna have a natural childbirth(as in no drugs or sedatives) she slaps them silly :P

I agree. But yeah like everyone else said I think there would be way to much pain, that even if they did have an orgasm, the pain would overcome it.

problem is, that now more and more women are having c-section births so even if it is possible, less would have it b'se less people are having natural births

true, i dont think a woman giving birth to a bay naturally would even notice the orgasm b'se of the pain
