well I think you should talk about it with him, tell him what you told us, i mean how u feel about it. :)

Well, I would say that you should talk it out with him. The important thing here is that you both have a rather serious conversation about it. By that, I mean ask each other whether things will be okay after having sex. Is it going to be a one-time thing and we'll be fine or a sign that we want our relationship to go further than it is now? Are we comfortable enough with each other that we can have sex be it once or repeatedly and not have it become awkward between us afterwards? It's those kinds of questions and others you might find important for you I suggest you discuss before doing anything.
