I have a friend that modeled for an art company (ALEX I think), and she said it was fun. Basically, she just stood in front of the camera and posed and stuff, and got money in the mail. It's not a full time job, but for a kid, the pay isn't bad (I you get to spend it, and it doesn't go to college)

I'm a working actor. I don't know as much about modeling but I can answer lots of questions about agencies. Which, by the way, you don't need one to start. I believe it's best to find work on your own, get some good headshots (and if you're going to model, a comp card), and create a decent resume. Once you've got all that, you know how the industry sort of works and you won't give off such a 'newbie' vibe, and you'll get better luck with some of the best agencies. Also, I'm confused, did you contact this agency or did they contact you? Almost always, if they go to you first, it's not a good agency.

I am looking to get a model mayhem profile. I think that will help me. How do you all find modeling jobs?
