Should I dye my hair

Hai. So I've been wanting to dye my hair red, like bright bright red. I don't know if it will look great, I think it will. Also it's permanent I couldn't find any semipermanent so... Will my hair fall out? Lol. Aaand one more thing I wonder if they allow it in church.. :eek:

Lol, it won't fall out. And if you want a really bright red it will always be permanent, semipermanent isn't usually available in real bright colors. But remember that esp. red colors are quite hard to get rid off again, depending on your natural hair color.

I dunno what church you got to so I can't help you with that, sorry :)

A semipermenant dye that comes in red is Splat, and it comes with bleach. I used Splat to dye my hair purple and I'm quite happy with it. While it is semi permanent it does last a really long time. I dyed mine 6 weeks ago and its still going strong, but that's because I left in the dye for a long time. It won't last as long if you leave it in for 30 minutes so try that.
Splat was around 8 dollars. Also, if your hair is long you might ned to buy 2 kits because it comes with less dye than most. got it at Walmart but they might sell it anywhere you can get hairdye. So look for it.
Be careful though, because the dye is messy and it bleeds onto your pillow if you sleep with wet hair. It will always bleed when gotten wet but don't worry, you're not losing as much color as you might think.

If you want bright red (like Rihanna red), the only way to get there is to bleach it first (pretty damaging), but if you already have blonde hair, there's no need to bleach. I recommend 'splat', 'manic panic', or one of the colors from 'Ion Brilliance'
As for your church, it depends on where you go.

p.s. if you use a red dye over dark hair, you might not be able to see it.
