So earilier this morning I was having a really bad meltdown. The stress of it got really bad and then suddenly while I was crying, it ended up where my nose started bleeding very bad all over and I started coughing up blood. Does it have anything to do with the stress? Do I need to go to the doctor? What could have it been caused by?

If you're coughing up blood, you definitely need to go to the doctor. The nosebleed may be stress related, but coughing up blood is symptomatic of an internal issue.

I can understand a nosebleed but coughing up blood is a whole different problem, I'd say ask your doctor about it.

Definitely get to a doctor, coughing up blood is the sign of an internal issue and needs to be checked out ASAP

You really have to consult a doctor regarding this issue.

The coughing up blood can be caused by you swallowing blood from your nosebleed.
If your stool is a dark colour (black), and/or your urine has blood in it, then go and see your doctor. Either way, you shouldn't risk it. Just go see a doctor.
