what do girls think about flaccid size?? (for girls and guys)

Ive seen a lot of guys talking about flaccid size to other guys on here....but I havent seen anyone ask about how girls feel. Im straight and i have a 1inch soft penis

1) if you pulled down a guys pants in bed and that he had a small flaccid penis (like less then three inches) what would you think?
2) how do you feel when you see big flaccid penises?
3) do you stare at guys' crotches in basketball shorts to try to get a peek?

I'm a ridiculous grower, so I go from about 3" flaccid to considerably larger when erect. It's never really been an issue or even brought up too much, but occasionally in changing rooms, beaches, showers etc. it attracted a few glances because it looked so small.

If I was with a guy then his penis size, soft or erect wouldn't really bother me. The only thing that would maybe start to bother me is if it was ridiculously small when erect (like less than 4 inches or something!). Though as long as he knew how to use it effectively I don't care if he's a little smaller than normal :P.
