So me and this guy had something (or at least I thought we did) going. We were hugging, putting our arms around each other, I was sitting in his lap, we were calling each other babe, & we were even saying I love you. So everything was going good, then the next day I noticed it wasn't the same. He was ignoring me, not really even talking to me unless I'd say something. Then he left without even telling me bye. So I texted him and said I was sorry for anything I could have done and I don't want him to be mad at me and I love him and don't wanna lose him. So he texts me back and says your not any of that and I didn't know we were dating. I texted him back and said of I thought we were? And he said no I haven't asked you out yet and I'm not gonna do it over the phone because its stupid. So I was like alright. So that evening he can back (him and my bros are really close) and we all hung out and I thought it kinda seemed like it was that day before. We talked a little and flirted around is what it seemed like, and he bought me dinner for my birthday that night to. So that night after he left my bro asked him if me and him are dating and he said idk yet I mean I really like you guys to but not like that. So none of us have hung out since Friday but he's texted ad snap chatted me a few times since then. So my question is what do I do? I've really been wanting to text or call him up and ask whats going on between us? Or do you still like me? Or something like that but idk what to say because I don't wanna ruin anything good that could happen sometime but I don't want to just let it go either and me feel down and out like I've been. But I'm kinda wondering if he's afraid that if something happens between us that he'll lose the guys too? Or maybe he wants to just hang with guys sometime too an I should say I don't mind because honestly I don't. So maybe I should ask him that and tell him he will always have the guys no matter what? Because ik for sure they will. But I feel like we need to talk about it because I cant just let it go after what we had... Please don't say I need to just forget about him because I can't I need to know what to say and/or do!! Thanks so much!!

Honestly i think it was wrong of him to lead you on in the first place. To even follow that, he says he doesn't even know if he wants to ask you out! I don't think this guy sounds like a solid boyfriend if you ask me. He sounds sort of flakey in the sense of he's not sure about dating. I would ask him to talk it out, and depending on how you feel about him you can go from there. In my opinion someone like that who unintentionally or intentionally leads you on and then sort of turns you away a day after won't make a decent boyfriend if you ask me. :) Hope this helps!
