How to measure your hand width: Hold your hand up with the palm facing you and measure the length across your hand in between your thumb and other fingers.

How to measure your standing foot length: Without wearing shoes stand up and measure your foot from longest toe to heel while standing. Standing foot length is not the same as shoe size.

How to measure your height: Get an appropriate measuring tool and, standing up straight, measure the length from the bottom of your foot to the tip of your head.
