So basically I am going to be going away for college in about a month. Theres this girl that i have been with for a few months now. We arent dating because of the fact when we met, we knew i was going to be leaving soon. Its pretty much like we are dating though cause we do things that a boy and a girl would do in a relationship. I love her to death and she means the world to me. Of course i never said i love her to her but i know its more than just liking her.
Anyway I am going away for college and its about 4 hours away. She will be a senior this year so shes still staying back for high school. She said she will visit every now and then and go with my family when they go to see me and i will always go back home every now and then to see them all. Have any of you experienced something like this or seen it happen? How did it go and do you guys think what we have together can continue? I like her so much and whenever we talk about me leaving she cries a little. Im not the type of person to cry but i admit i have to hold back the tears.
The last thing is, I want to kind of give her something special before i leave so that she has something to remember me by. I was thinking of giving her that little pocket thing you get in a tuxedo because we went to senior prom together. You guys think that will be good or should i keep that for myself and give her something else?
Any feedback on any of this would be greatly appreciated. I have been really thinking about leaving a lot lately and its been stressing me out and making me very sad. Thanks guys
