I know this question was oriented to the girls, but I'll still answer. For some people, simply the thought of helping another get off through oral sex without any kind of reciprocation (payback) is enough of a turn-on for them. I guess you could say they're being mentally stimulated from doing it much like porn tries to engage the mind in highly sexual thoughts. It could also be some kind of mental thing where the one doing oral feels like they're dominating the guy in the sense that they can control when he cums. In essence, that's true since it's their mouth providing the penis its source of stimulation. Personally, I can't get off just by giving someone oral, but I can understand the mentality for those who do get so turned on by it.
