Well if you really lover then i don't think you should just give her a peck, give her a passionate kiss and kiss for as long as you think but don't make it a full on make out, unless that is what you want. If you're going to use tongue don't use to much and kiss her when you think the moment is right

It sounds like you really like this girl.... When you kiss her, be passionate about it but don't rush it. Do more than a peck but don't smother her, You'll know how long to kiss her, It's hard to explain but you just know when you're actually doing it. Good luck :)

If she likes you as much as you like her then going for it is unlikely to cause anything bad. Do it when you are together in private, crack a joke or something, look her in the eyes(not seedily), if you want you can dart your eyes to her lips then back to the eyes, lean in, go for it, and thank VT after it's all done :p . Humans have been doing this too long to not have it in our DNA of how to do it.

Start with a peck. If she is okay with it then do the 90/10 technique. You move in 90% of the distance and then she moves in 10%. Then she decides what is going on. But only kiss when she is ready. Make sure she gives of signals to show she wants to kiss. In a relationship she must show signals to start everything, whether it's kissing or sex. Good luck dude
