you had the stitches out after 6 days? what I read says 10-15 days and up to 4 weeks to heal properly. You may cause more damage than its worth if u do anything now.

It depends how far you are in puberty :-D

If your penis has already finished to grow, it should take about 4 weeks to heal
If you're just starting, only 2-3 weeks

What matters is that the scar is completely healed, otherwise you will reopen it... with all the complications that it implies...
