I first grew pubic hair at age 11 but I didn't start shaving it until I was 12. I used a razor to shave and as I went to go continue I'd grab my balls and put toilet paper around it just so if I accidentally cut myself I'd be able to notice blood on it and well I probably should of looked up tutorials on how to shave your balls because as I eventually did cut myself and when I saw that blood I freaked out, I thought I was going to loose my balls and eventually die lol but luckily I didn't because it was a small cut

I first grew pubic hair at 11, and I don't when I first shaved it, but I used an electric razor. I have had a few small cuts. I don't shave my actual testicles.
